My family and I were able to build our home that fit out wants and needs but also get the information as to what would benefit us in the future. When our family out grew our first home, we decided to build our Dream Country Home. We reached out to MHB Inc and met with Mike. From the first meeting at the property, we felt comfortable. Mike and his people are the most professional building group I have ever had the opportunity to work with He built our custom home on time and budget with absolutely no hassles and did not nickel and dime requested changes. Large scale changes were fair priced (believe me, you will have these on a custom home).It was a very lucky day that I found MHB on the internet and sent him an invitation to bid our home. MHB team remodeled our optometry office in late 2021. I'm writing this review in late 2022 and we still love the result. Everything hold up as we expected. Our patients love the color cordination of the wall, the granite counter and the wood floor.
Since my wife and I have no idea about constructions, we really counted on the team to provide expert experience on this. Anna was there every steps of the way. The team also went extra mile, above and beyond, to make sure the project completed on time.

We have lived in our home now built by MHB for 6 months now! Wow! My family and I could not be happier! Mike is a man of his word and offers a great value with creative design ideas! He was very up front and honest on pricing and my many change orders. His whole team was very patient with any last-minute changes! Building a new home in the middle of supply shortages and rising inflation was not for the faint of heart but I felt supported throughout the whole process! Really a great experience overall from start to finish! Mike helped from day one before we ever purchased the land and even made an amazing construction lender recommendation that offered the best rate and easy funding system! From our first conversation in March 2020 and throughout the entire process, Mike was honest, reliable, and committed to making sure our vision came true. MHB, Inc helped us with our 1978 home remodel with addition ( laundry room) . Hands -down Mike is by far the best contractor we have hired. He was always available and kept us informed on inspections etc. His crew went above and beyond to have our home done in time for the holidays. They were knowledgeable and efficient. We couldn't be happier with our home. This was our fourth home remodel. Mike was by far the best contractor we have used. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

We heard about MHB from a friend whose home was built by MHB a couple years ago. And I cant tell you how great of a job they did building our home. In a year where there were so many challenges due to Covid, MHB still managed to complete our home on time and most importantly on budget.
